Never Buy Groceries When You are Tired

March 26th, 2012 at 04:29 pm

I have been spending between $20 and $40 a week on groceries, but Sunday night, I didn't feel well and waited till the last minute and spent $56 at Trader Joes and another $15 at Staters. Yipes.

On the other hand, it was more healthy stuff than I usually get.

Unfortunately, buying the healthier stuff usually leads to a higher bill no matter what. I wish we had some insurance of the good food being more accessible to everyone. (Well, aside from growing it all ourselves, of course!)

of course, buy meat immediately, then you will immediately feel better, whiskey and meat and everything will be fine!
